There are a lot of ways to cut jump rings. I’ve previously used a pair of flush cutters, which can be time consuming. While it does give you a great set of finished rings, saw cutting allows you to be more precise. The jury’s still on out which method is more efficient. I think with a little more practice, saw cutting might be the way to go. Here’s a guide from my first attempt at it.
